Paint It. Light It Up in Seven Colors.
The Merry Christmas Glow LED Acrylic Paint by Numbers kit features a cheerful cartoon Santa holding a gift and a bauble, set beneath bold Merry Christmas lettering, on a clear acrylic board that becomes a glowing night light when complete. A Note From Our Founder
"What sets this design apart from the rest of the range is the lettering. Painting the bold Merry Christmas text across the top of the board is satisfying, because the letters are large enough to cover confidently and the red against the clear acrylic reads beautifully under every LED colour. Switch to blue and the whole piece takes on a cool, icy Christmas night feel. Switch to warm white, and it reads as a classic festive glow. It is one kit that looks different depending on your mood."
First-Hand Tip: Paint the large Merry Christmas lettering first. These sections are the most satisfying to complete, and anchoring the composition early gives you a clear reference point for the colours in the Santa and bauble sections below. Use the flat brush for the letter fills and switch to the fine brush for the edges and ornament details.

Care Instructions
Keep paint pots tightly closed between sessions to prevent drying. Rinse brushes thoroughly with warm water between colour changes and at the end of each session. Do not immerse the LED base in water. Wipe the wooden base with a dry cloth only. The USB cable and LED component are for indoor use.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I change the LED colour?
A: Touch the wooden base once to turn the LED on and cycle to the next colour. Each touch moves through the seven modes: warm white, red, blue, green, purple, cyan, and yellow. Hold for three seconds to turn the light off.
Q: Is a USB adapter included?
A: The USB cable is included. A USB adapter (wall plug) is not included, as most homes already have one. The LED base works with any standard USB adapter, laptop USB port, or USB power bank.
Q: Do I paint on the front or the back of the acrylic board?
A: Paint on the printed side of the board, the side with the numbered design. The LED light shines through from the back once the board is slotted into the base, illuminating your paint from behind to create the glowing effect.
Q: How much paint do I need to apply for the glow effect to work?
A: Apply each colour with a firmly loaded brush rather than a thin wash. Thin or streaky sections can appear patchy when backlit. One solid, even coat per section is enough for a vibrant finished result.
Q: Can children use this kit?
A: Yes. The paint by numbers process is suitable for older children and adults. The acrylic paints are non-toxic and water-based. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children, particularly during LED base assembly and when the USB cable is connected.
Q: Are more designs available in this range?
A: Yes. More designs are available in this range. Browse the full collection to find the one that suits your style or makes the best gift. Visit our Christmas Glow LED Paint by Numbers collection to see the complete range.
