Here’s a transparent look at our made-to-order process and what you can expect when you order from us.

The times below are estimates for delivery after your order has shipped from our production facility. Please note that unexpected delays due to customs clearance can occur.

The Journey of Your Order: From Our Studio to Yours
To guarantee the highest quality, every Paint On Numbers kit is a made-to-order product. This thoughtful, multi-stage process ensures a superior result.
1. Order Processing & Design (1-2 Business Days)
Your order is received and processed by our US-based team, Monday through Friday. Our daily cut-off is 5 PM ET. For custom kits, our digital artists begin meticulously converting your photo. Each order is manually inspected for quality before being sent to production.
2. Artisan Production (2-3 Business Days)
Your design is then sent to our specialized production studios in Singapore, Vietnam, and China. Here, your pro-grade canvas is printed, your high-pigment paints are prepared fresh, and your complete kit is assembled and passes a rigorous quality control check.
3. Shipping & Tracking
Once ready, your kit is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's status in real-time.
Our Commitment to Quality & Value: This direct-from-artisan model allows us to source premium materials and offer a vast collection at an accessible price. It also means your paints are prepared fresh, ensuring they arrive with a perfect, ready-to-use consistency.
Important Delivery Information
Accuracy of Information: Please double-check that your delivery information is accurate. If any information is missing or incorrect, we may need to contact you, which could cause delays.
Customs & Import Fees: Because we ship from our international artisan partners, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if your order is unexpectedly charged a customs tariff, please contact us with the receipt. As part of our customer promise, we will promptly reimburse you for the full tariff fee.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses: Yes, we proudly ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that deliveries to these addresses may take slightly longer than our standard estimates.
