There is something about a duck in a full Santa suit, complete with the belt and everything, that is immediately charming. The Christmas Joy lettering across the top is the most colourful section in the entire Glow LED range, each letter in its own distinct colour, and painting them one by one is one of the more satisfying sequences in the collection. Under purple LED the white duck body transforms completely, the lettering deepens into vivid jewel tones, and the whole piece takes on a quality that looks like it belongs in a modern Christmas window display."

First-Hand Tip: Paint the Christmas Joy lettering first. Each letter is a separate numbered section in its own colour, and working through them in sequence from left to right while the palette is fresh gives you the most consistent colour saturation across the full word. The lettering also sets up a clear colour reference for the tree decorations below it, since several of the bauble and star colours match the letter tones exactly.
